Established according to the shareholders' agreement on June 15, 1926 for the purpose of harvesting, processing and trading in bread products, grain fodder and other agricultural products and importing the necessary amount of them into Central Asia. It was liquidated by the decision of the Council of People's Commissars and the Council of Labor and Defense of the USSR on February 13, 1932.
