Organization history
The Flour Mill Trust was established at the Food Department under the Central Council of National Economy of the Turkestan ASSR (Turkmuk) in February 1921. The Turkestan Flour Mill Trust was established under the Central Council of National Economy on October 2, 1923 as a result of the merger of the Turkestan Grain Products and Milling Departments of the Turkestan Food Committee. Turkestan State Flour Mill Trust and Grain Products Distribution Department under Turkestan MIQ was established as a state trust for processing and selling agricultural products of Turkestan on May 15, 1924.
