This fund was formed in 1921 on the basis of the Ferghana Regional Military Cooperative of the Turkestan Front in Kokand city. On December 22, 1922, it was renamed the Ferghana Regional Military Security Society (MSS) of the Turkestan Front. On February 18, 1924 it was liquidated.
