By the Decree of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR on credit reform dated January 30, 1930, “Tsentroselbank” was reorganized into the All-Union Agricultural Cooperative-Kolkhoz Bank, and Uzselkhozbank was transformed into a branch of the above bank.
