The Council of People's Commissars of the Uzbekistan SSR was established by a decree on April 1, 1934 under the People's Commissariat of Health of the Uzbekistan SSR. It was liquidated by the order of the People's Commissariat of Health of the Uzbek SSR on October 4, 1940.
