The Plenipotentiary Representation of the Khorezm People's Soviet Republic in the Turkestan ASSR was established on July 1, 1921; it was transformed into the Consulate General of the KhNSR in the Turkestan ASSR on December 4, 1921: then it was reorganized into the Economic Representation of the KhNSR in the Turkestan ASSR on August 1924.
