Organization history
Department for the Construction of New Lines of the Department of Railways of the Turkestan Territory was established on December 20, 1917; It was reorganized into the Turkestan Committee of State Constructions under the Central Council of National Economy of the Turk ASSR (Turkomgosoor) on April 10, 1920 and was liquidated on the basis of the decision of the Presidium of the Central Council of National Economy on February 17, 1922.
