Organization history
Mining department of the Turkestan Regional Council of National Production was established by the order of the Council of People's Commissars of the Turkestan Territory on April 5, 1918 and was transformed into the Mining Department of the Central Council of the National Economy of the Turkestan ASSR on December 6, 1919; It was transformed into the Trust of State Coal and Oil Enterprises TurkASSR (Ugleneft) on January 15, 1922. Liquidated on September 15, 1922.
