Organization history
The Department of the Fishing Industry of the Aral Region was organized under the Central Council of the National Economy of the Turkestan ASSR on October 21, 1918 and was reorganized into the Department of Fishing and Fishing Industry under the People's Commissariat for Food of the Turkestan ASSR on September 24, 1921. Liquidated on October 10, 1923.
