Established by the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the Uzbek SSR on October 30, 1931 and the decision of the Supreme Economic Council of the Uzbek SSR on November 12, 1931. It was Liquidated by the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the Uzbek SSR on December 3, 1934.
