Organization history

on July 19, 1918, a regional craft museum was established under the industrial and trade department of the Central Council of National Economy of the Republic of Turkestan on the basis of the nationalized fund of the Turkestan Crafts Committee; In November 1922, it was named the permanent exhibition of Turkestan manuscripts. On December 11, 1922, by the decision of the Council of People's Commissars of TurkASSR, the Turkestan Exhibition Committee under the State Planning Committee of TurkASSR was established; From April 1923, it was transformed into the Central Asian Exhibitions Committee under the Central Asian Economic Council.

It was terminated by the decision of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the TurkASSR on December 5, 1923.

Decisions and special letters of the Central Executive Committee, the Council of People's Commissars, the Supreme Council of National Economy, the State Planning Committee and the Economic Council of TurkASSR, the orders of the Turkestan Exhibition Committee and the Central Asian Exhibition Committee.

Minutes of the meeting of Turkestan exhibition organizations (1923), the orders of the meetings of the Presidium of the Turkestan Exhibition Committee and the Central Asian Exhibition Committee, the Commission for the Liquidation of the Central Asian Exhibition Committee.

Information about the handicraft industry of Turkestan (1918-1921); a list of regional museum exhibits and a permanent craft exhibition;
