Established by the decree of the Council of People's Nazirs (Inspectors) of the BNSR on January 30, 1921 and was reorganized into the Supreme Control Department under the BukhCEC according to the decree of the 3rd kurultai of the Soviets on January 1923; it was again reorganized into the People's Nazirat of State Control of the BNSR on April 17, 1923 by the decision of the joint meeting of the BukhCEC of the Council of Nazirs (Inspectors), the Central Committee of the BKP.
Orders on the nazirat (inspection) of state control, meeting protocols of the collegium of the nazirat (inspection) and reports on its activities, acts of surveys of central institutions and enterprises of the BNSR.
