Organization History:

Davlat Siyosiy Boshqarmasining 1923 yil 18 sentyabrdagi 389/543-son buyrug‘iga ko‘ra, Harbiy okrug iste’molchilar jamiyatlari tashkil etilgan. 

Umumlashgan Davlat Siyosiy Boshqarmasining 1924 yil 16 yanvardagi 40-son buyrug‘iga asosan OGPU Iste’molchilar jamiyati tugatilgan.

Davlat Siyosiy Boshqarmasi qo‘shinlari bo‘yicha Davlat Siyosiy Boshqarmasi organlari huzurida iqtisodiy majlislarni tashkil etish to‘g‘risida buyruqlari va iqtisodiy majlislar to‘g‘risida Nizomlar.

ОРГАНОВ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ТУРК РЕСПУБЛИКИ г. Ташкент

Organization History:

Приказ об организации Военных окружных потребительских обществ был издан Госполит управлением 18 сентября 1923 года за № 389/543. На основании вышеуказанных приказов было организовано экономическое совещание войск ГПУ Туркреспублики и в дальнейшем реорганизовано в ВПО. 21 августа 1922 года состоялось организационное краевое экономическое совещание войск ГПУ Туркреспублики на котором был обсужден приказ ВГПУ республики за №254 от 20 июля 1922 года, сформирован состав эконом совещания и распределены функции среди избранного состава. 1 ноября 1923 года состоялось общее собрание сотрудников органа и войск ГПУ Туркреспублики на котором было постановлено слить эко состав войск ГПУ с кооперативом войск и органов ГПУ и организовать окружное потребительское общество, избрано правление и уполномоченный, и утвержден устав.

Согласно приказу, объединенного Государственного политического управления за №40 от 16 января 1924 года Потребительское общество ОГПУ ликвидирован и весь личный состав органов и войск ОГПУ, кооперируется по линии военной кооперации, входя на общих основаниях членами в ближайшее ВПО.

В данный фонд включены следующие документы: приказы по войскам государственного политического управления об организации эконом совещаний при органах ГПУ и положении об экономических совещаниях.

Умумлашган Давлат Сиёсий Бошқармасининг 1924 йил 16 январдаги 40-сон буйруғига асосан ОГПУ Истеъмолчилар жамияти тугатилган.

DISTRICT CONSUMER SOCIETY OF TROOPS AND STATE POLITICAL ADMINISTRATION OF THE TURKESTAN REPUBLIC Tashkent city.

Organization History:

The order on the organization of military district consumer societies issued the State Political Administration on September 18, 1923 for No. 389/543. Based on the above orders, an economic meeting of the troops of the State Political Administration of the Turkestan Republic was organized and was subsequently reorganized in VPO. On August 21, 1922, an organizational regional economic meeting of the troops of the State Political Administration of the Turkestan Republic was held on which an order of the VGPU of the republic for No. 254 of July 20, 1922 was discussed, the composition of the economy meeting was formed and functions were distributed among the selected composition. On November 1, 1923, a general meeting of employees of the body and troops of the State Political Administration of the Turkestan Republic on which was decided to merge the eco with the composition of the state political administration with the cooperative of troops and state political administrations and organize the District Consumer Society, the Board of the Board and the Commissioner were elected, and the charter was approved.

According to the order, the united state political department for No. 40 on January 16, 1924, the Consumer Society of the OGPU was liquidated and the entire personnel of the bodies and troops of the OGPU, cooperates along the line of military cooperation, entering the nearest VPO for general basis.
