The State Control was established under the Council of Nazirs (Inspectors) of the KhPSR on February 1920: it was transformed into the People’s Nazirat (Inspectors) of the Workers’ and Dekhkan Inspectorate of the KhPSR on October 1923. Liquidated on November 30, 1924.
