On June 4, 1920, a separate penal company was formed at the headquarters of the Semipalatinsk group of troops. An extract from the order for the Semipalatinsk group of troops No. 54 of June 4, 1920.
By order of the company dated October 23, 1920 No. 107, the latter is listed at the headquarters of the 3rd Turkestan division. By order of company No. 2 of January 1, 1921, the latter is listed at the headquarters of the Ferghana groups of troops. The company is disbanded. All personnel, property and convoy are submitted to the liquidation commission, according to order No. 52 §2 on a separate penal company of the Ferghana group of troops on February 19, 1921. The liquidation of a separate penalty company is completed. Order No. 60 for a separate penal company under the Ferghana group of troops of February 27, 1921.
