Until the 1st regional congress i.e. Until February 6-13, 1920, it was called the Providing Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Enlightenment and Socialist Culture, after which the permanent regional committee of the Union was elected at the congress, which existed until August 1921 and was liquidated according to the resolution.
